Uros is a seasoned entrepreneur with over twenty years of international experience in management and strategic planning. Since founding Roumtech in 2019, he has been in charge of strategy and business development. Before Roumtech, he had acquired extensive experience in process analysis, optimisation and business strategy. Apart from managing his own companies, he has also given strategic advice and accompanied mergers in the finance sector, acted as a management consultant in major German and Austrian banks, developed security and business continuity concepts, taught at a technical university and worked as a bioinformatician at Max Planck Institute. Uros has a PhD degree from Jacobs University Bremen and is an alumnus of the German Academic Scholarship Foundation (Studienstiftung des deutschen Volkes).
