Leonardo MandrioliCTO & Founder
Leonardo brings fifteen years of engineering experience, primarily in wind power, where he has been developing and testing control algorithms for wind turbines, thereby improving wind power competitiveness against traditional power sources. In the course of his career, he has also designed, validated and commissioned control systems for automotive brakes and petrolchemical plants. Leonardo has co-authored 3 patents related to wind turbines controls. He graduated in automation engineering at the Politecnico di Milano, with a Master Thesis developed at the Ohio State University, in Columbus, Ohio.

Sebastià Roca FerrerSenior Controls Engineer
Sebastià has over ten years of engineering experience in the wind power industry. He has taken part in commissioning of wind turbines, control system certification (DNV-GL) and development of new control algorithms from the conceptual phase to field testing. He is an expert in wind turbine dynamics, loads reduction and energy optimization strategies, as well as grid integration and certification. He graduated in electronics engineering at the University of the Balearic Islands and earned a MSc in automation and electronics engineering at the Polytechnic University of Catalonia.
