Uros is a seasoned entrepreneur with over fifteen years of international experience in management and strategic planning. His core strengths are process analysis, optimisation and business strategy. Apart from managing his own companies, he has also given strategic advice and accompanied mergers in the finance sector, acted as a management consultant in major German and Austrian banks, developed security and business continuity concepts, taught at a technical university and worked as a bioinformatician at Max Planck Institute. Uros has a PhD degree from Jacobs University Bremen and is an alumnus of the German Academic Scholarship Foundation (Studienstiftung des deutschen Volkes).

Leonardo brings fifteen years of engineering experience, primarily in wind power, where he has been developing and testing control algorithms for wind turbines, thereby improving wind power competitiveness against traditional power sources. In the course of his career, he has also designed, validated and commissioned control systems for automotive brakes and petrolchemical plants. Leonardo has co-authored 3 patents related to wind turbines controls. He graduated in automation engineering at the Politecnico di Milano, with a Master Thesis developed at the Ohio State University, in Columbus, Ohio.
Sebastià Roca Ferrer

Sebastià has over ten years of engineering experience in the wind power industry. He has taken part in commissioning of wind turbines, control system certification (DNV-GL) and development of new control algorithms from the conceptual phase to field testing. He is an expert in wind turbine dynamics, loads reduction and energy optimization strategies, as well as grid integration and certification. He graduated in electronics engineering at the University of the Balearic Islands and earned a MSc in automation and electronics engineering at the Polytechnic University of Catalonia.
Milenko Savcic

Milenko earned his Master's Degree with distinction from the School of Mechanical Engineering, University of Belgrade. Within the framework of his MSc Thesis, he worked on ARM Cortex-M3 LPC1768 microcontroller with the emphasis on communication, calibration and processing of MPU9250 sensor data. He brings practical experience from several internships, active participation in a family business and lab projects. In the course of his studies, he has received numerous awards for his academic achievements, notably the Scholarship for Gifted Students of the University of Belgrade.
Bogdan Kuljanin

Bogdan earned his Master's Degree from the School of Mechanical Engineering, University of Belgrade, specializing in control engineering. During his studies, he received multiple awards for academic achievements and won several regional university competitions. Within the framework of his MSc Thesis, he worked on control of the Quanser Rotary Inverted Pendulum using feedback linearization, Matlab/Simulink, and Quarc real-time control software. He has gathered practical engineering experience working with drones and in lab projects.
Bogdan Stefanovic

Bogdan earned his Master's degree from the School of Mechanical Engineering at the University of Belgrade specializing in control engineering. During his studies, he gained practical engineering experience as a member of the university robotics team, where he focused on microcontroller programming for motion control of differential wheeled mobile robots. He has received multiple awards for his academic achievements, including the Scholarship for Gifted Students of the University of Belgrade.
Alain Fourmigue

Alain has extensive experience in data analysis and statistical modeling. He is currently the principal statistical analyst of a Canada-wide epidemiological research on infectious diseases. His expertise includes bayesian inference, multi-level models and predictive modeling. During his career, Alain has also worked as a research scientist and software developer in the AI industry, developing machine learning algorithms for anomaly detection and time series forecasting. Alain received a PhD degree in computer engineering from Ecole Polytechnique Montreal, Canada. His PhD research focused on numerical methods for heat transfer analysis.
