A challenge of consulting work is that it often limits the time we spend with colleagues. That’s why at Roumtech, we make it a point to gather at least once a year to connect, discuss the technical challenges in our projects, explore emerging trends in model-based control systems, and shape our strategy for the future.
We wrap it all up with our annual team hike.
In the end, we achieve a lot, enjoy ourselves, and return to our projects with renewed energy.
One thing we haven’t figured out, though, is which of our two coffee experts makes the best brew. The contest continues in 2025!
